22 years old - too old to take up roller blading?

no way dude, i'm older than you and buying my first skateboard this summer, i've skated before but just never owned a decent board,

peace

i see no problem with it as long as you slay. Ive seen 18 year old kids sucks dick after their first 2 years of rollerblading and another 20 year old that can now 450 on handrails and its his first year skiing. Check my videos

why would 22 be too old for rollerblading? if your trying to become some big ass pro rollerblader then it might be too old, but if you just wanna do it for fun in the summers then why would you even think your too old? your 22, not 50. my dads almost 60 and he just spent almost 3 weeks in california learning to surf, and he's pretty damn good at it now. your still just a little kid.

your never too old to start something new. at my skatepark theres a couple 30-40 year olds that skate to keep in shape and have fun. all they do is roll around and they have a blast. Also if you have already skated ( on ice) before then it would help

not at all cheech sanders dad skated in his 40's when he would take them to philly its in a video they made awhile back ill try to find a link

ha didnt read the thread, but 22 isnt old, lifes just temporary to hurt your self well young.....er, haha but aggresive you might want to watch out that stuff anhilattes you but you can try, i like just bladeing around, and cruiseing on my friends long board, and my ripstick, lame i know haha fuckn fun though

go for it

wow +k i lol'd pretty hard

but uh, I'm 20 and I just bought my first longboard. Now everytime I get wasted I have to go skate, and I fuck myself up. Who cares? Your not old till your like 30 at least.

why would you be too old? you may be too old to start out and one day pursue in a career in it, but otherwise your prime time to get your shred on

hope that works but at 3:14 is his dad

longboarding wasted is a stupid thing to do. someone from my school died doing it, just fell off at low speed and cracked his skull open. you dont have the coordination to fall correctly and things can go a lot worse than just some road rash.

not saying it isn't fun, but I'd consider my priorities....

I think I fall down a lot more when I'm drunk than when I'm sober, so that should mean I have more practice and therefore fall better right?

Naw but anyway I'm quite coordinated when I'm drunk, and I wear a helmet and don't do anything too intense when I'm intoxicated. Plus, we all die someday. This body is just a temporary state. One can only hope for a good death.
