Do the 21/22 faction candides have any durability issues?

Not really.
Using any ski on rails will damage it; but i would not categorize rail damage as a "durability" issue. In terms of delamination and defective product, Faction has been much better in recent years (gone are the days of 'Fraction skis').
Their warranty is run thru Amer sports (Armada, Atomic, Salomon) now and is pretty good, just don't expect a replacement if you've damaged the ski doing something stupid.
We warrantied a number of CT 2.0s with sidewall delams, but that was the 19/20 model year and were dealt with swiftlty.
