2019 Candide 2.0 (184)

Hey guys, ordered some new skis and am no longer in need of my 2.0s. I bought them roughly 4 months ago and am trying to sell them WITHOUT THE BINDINGS IN THE PICTURE!!!! These will be removed. They are in pretty good condition, just need the cash!

Selling them for 250$ plus shipping. I'm located in Colorado and will send you more pictures if required.

I'm in MA, do you know what shipping would be? Also for the condition, is there any noticeable wear?

yo, no one wants these, price is negotiable

I asked for clarification and photos of the base underfoot to ensure no edge cracks.

I offer an admittedly low price of 150 shipped.

Seller acuses me of leading him on, lowballing, doesn't counter with a different offer.

Calls them practically brand new after 20-25 days and a mount

Then says he doesn't want to sell them anyways

I said fuck you

He said fuck you, "you poor motherF_____"

Check his feedback

CHECK MY FEEDBACK

Good luck. I think 250 shipped is a reasonable asking price for the record.

Nope, this guy lead me on for 3 days and then finally said he would pay 150 shipped. I told him it was ridiculous and irritating and he proceeding in calling me a dick. Told him I didn’t understand how I was being a dick, he continued to say fuck you at which point I just called him out for his bullshit, to which he responded: “fuck you, I make more money than you.”

I appreciate him giving me his best wishes, but please don't lead me on without specifying price. I know the tactic, and from the looks of his heavy experience in buying and selling, he does too. Will never outright insult or offend someone, however, if they repeatedly call me a dick and say fuck you (after I simply point out my observation (he is low-balling me after leading me on) and express my irritation (by saying i am irritated before getting vulgar), yes, I will respond with hostility... First time I've ever had an issue with a buyer.

Actually, I messaged you two days ago (5/22) asking for photos. Yesterday, 5/23 at 3:22 PM, you replied to me for the first time with a photo of the midsole top sheet, and not the Base as I had inquired about. Then, I replied this morning and our conversation continued. Wanting to know about specific base and edge condition, I had not made an offer until you said "no base damage or edge cracks." THEN, I made an offer, still without a photo of the bases as I had originally requested.

My problem, sir, is that after I offered 150 shipped, your immediate response was to proceed to accuse me of tactics, which you go on to describe: "SMH. you think you can buy practically new candies for 150 including shipping? What a waste of time.

me: 25 days with a mount is definitely not new! Hahaha. You’re tying to sell skis in late May. You have no feedback. I don’t need these. It was just a question you are welcome to say no to.

You:Just irritating that you didnt start with your offer. I know the tactic, lead the seller on and then low ball well below asking price.

Whatever, I didn’t want to sell them anyways

Plus I’ve probably got the best offer on the web right now

This is the exact point in time you offended me. I replied with my vulgar language: Fuck you for being presumptuous. Asking for clarification for base damage or edge cracks after 25 days of use is not misleading. Good luck, you didn’t have to be a dick.

I was out of reception on a 5 day vacation.

I didn't accumulate 10 years of 9.9/10 feedback by accusing my potential customers of buyer's tactics. Each time someone offered ME a lowball, I say: Thanks for the interest, but no thank you and my bottom price is $X.

Also, having a great transaction history both as a buyer and seller convicts me... How?

And it's not the first time you've had an issue with a transaction / buyer, since your ONLY OTHER FEEDBACK from 5 years ago was clearly not a great experience for the other person! Haha

You: Ok, don’t understand how I am being the dick in this scenario. Thanks for your best wishes.

And I didn’t say anything about you being misleading in regard to the edge cracks

Or lack of them

Me: Acusing me of leading you on? Fuck you, that’s being a dick

You: Alright, fuck you then. 150 my fucking ass you poor mother fucker

There you go! Full transparency.

Hey bro maybe post this on Reddit ae seems like you need some ego fuel. NS is for champs not chumps.

Give the OP a break. He’s selling them and if he thinks your being a douchebag then fair game to him, it’s his post. $150 is a dick move on any part.

If he is pissed off for a lowball offer let him have it, grow some balls of maturity.
