2014 punx vs. 2013 punx

I have the opportunity to get quite a great deal on either 2013 or 2014 punx this season and since i need new skis i am going to grab a pair.The construction of the 2014 punx is slightly different than the 2013 model with a slightly wider underfoot and a kind of cap wall construction as opposed to the full sidewall construction on the 2013s.

I ski about 70% park and 30% groomers ( east coast). Im 6ft 165lb.

I would like to know if anyone has had experience with both models and has any recommendations on which one they preferred?

The 2013 model is softer and has full camber. The 2014 model is stiffer and has slight rocker.

i loved my 2013 punx they were soft but very poppy and nimble. this year im rolling on the halo 2s.. they are kind of similar to the makeup of the 2014 punx. Ive only riddent my halo's once this year but im in love. either way im sure youll be very satisfied. but imo get what ever is cheapest.

2014 are also slightly wider but its only like 2mm
