2014 Armadas- al dente or halo 2?

Al dentes where fun, didn't get a chance to ski the halo 2 but the al dentes where awesome! The pair i rode was pretty beat and i only got to do a couple runs in a tow rope park on um but they have a good flex and where alot of fun on rails.
 
depends... i have the al dentes. really love how wide they are... 98 underfoot. weird though, nose rocker, nearly no tail rocker. still really fun though. try both.
 
try em. 2 totally different skis.

dente is a complete noodle but quick and agile, halo 2 is more manageable in flex department but a little bulky and not very agile...

dentes if you hit mostly rails, halo if you like to jump..
 
new halo kicks ass cuz its wider. feels more substantial than the older narrower build. its soft and easy to turn, but still stiffer than the al dente, which is just a whole different feeling of soft. 178 felt like a short small jib ski, not for a fast all mountain skier or a big jump skier, unless you are very small. 188 felt more like what a soft 183ish mid fat park ski would feel like. easy ski for its size.

i would say halo II for a more normal ski feel. al dente if you just want something totally off the wall different from what normal park skis feel like. some may like it. some may not.
