There's been a prototype out and about that is about the same dimensions of the Hellbent, but its going to be Andy Mahre's promodel. I've heard the name Nightmahre tossed around when I was at OR. Might be there

The rep I talked to told me the hellbent was gone this year but NEXT season they will be releasing a replacement. I said nightmahre an he shrugged......

Wait next season as in 2013/2014? Also general consensus on the Nightmahre, seems to be it was just a rumor, there is a ski in the works with similar characteristics to the rumored Nightmahre. However for the coming season it's going to be only in the hands of the K2 factory team guys.

i talked to tyler ceccanti on a chair about a month ago he said the nightmahre was just a rumor.

But did any one get a chance to ski the new bibby? and if you did how does it compare to the caylor/ this years bibby?

They actually kept all the flex/turn-radius the same. Just a few mm wider underfoot and a few cm longer. My guess it it will ski more like a caylor than it used to, but ON3P's will generally be a bit more damp than moment with the bamboo core. Either way, I'm so stroked for the new bibby, love mine do DEATH!!!!!!!!! Perfect dialysis pow driver for whistler.

Daily*. And I guess Andy's pro model could be a rumour, but I've definitely seen photos of the team on a 130+ ski, the black and green one.

We'll see, 130+ skis aren't dead, but k2 definitely needs to rework the hellbent and make it a bit more resort friendly if they actually want to sell them to the masses, not a niche market.

he was talking about the fasc crew

and I was talking about these

When is armada going to stiffen up there all mountain, big mountain and pow skis a bit? TST, Norwalk, JJ etc. All would be much better if they ramped up the stiffness just 10-20%. And although some people like them nice and noodley, I think most of the consensus agrees they would like them a tad stiffer.

Plenty of ski reviewers online, at least the reputable ones, talk about how they fail when it comes to crud and charging. I dont know why this hasn't gotten back to Armada R&D yet... Atleast change the TST and Norwalk, as there intention is all mountain/big mountain, where a stiffer tail would be highly beneficial.

Intermediate-advanced skiers make up way more of the market than those skiers who would like stiff skis, so they would sell less if they were stiffer.
