2012s topsheet damage

so i just got armada halos and my local ski shop misdrilled them so they gave me salomon 2012s. i have skied them about 8 times this season and one of the sides is messed up. directly about the side wall on one ski the top sheet is kind of plied back in a few places i can see the wood under the topsheet. so can i repair it myself? or should i send them to salomon of ski shop. hope the discription isnt to confusing.

 
this part doesn't make sense. but if you are asking if you should send them to salomon or your ski shop, neither will probably do anything
 
that happens to almost every ski. if your really concerned or if it gets really bad then you can either cut it off, file it off or epoxy it back down. no need to send them back to salomon because they wont do anything.
 
if your core is exposed that is not a good thing, i would suggest attempting to seal that fucker back up yourself or take it to a local shop and see what they can do / say about it.
