generally speaking, designs for the 11/12 season have been completed since May 2010, and production for samples/athletes has already started. So, as of November 1 you will see more and more athletes on 11/12 gear.

maybe armadas just one step ahead of the game, you normally dont see next years equipment till December. They also dont really start pushing it till janurary till you see the equitment at SIA and x games. Theyre a large company and can do this, smaller companies maybe December-January.
