2010 salomon suspects?

So last year i bought a pair of salmon suspects, and suprise suprise they broke! So i was wondering if anybody on here ridden, or demoed the 2010 ones? How is the durability going to be compared to last years? I really want to support salomon cause i've been buying from them for a while now, but last years suspects have really sketched me out.

My best friend rides for salomon the uk team. He has a pair of the 2010's, he normally breaks/snaps them but these one's have lasted so far and say's "there the best ski's he has ever had."
