I thought this might be a useful thread to let people know whats up. So just post the date, the life lines, how much pow and any other cool stories. Try to keep this thread clean from any trolling useless shit. I'll start

Dec 4th - The entire mountain was thrown into a chaotic state because of the sunny weather, lift line were unbearable so I ended going into the bc and building a booter. Snow was nice to start but deteriorated throughout the day, some nice cliffs but to snow was somewhat sketchy for landing in and there it lots of coverage. 4 people hit the brokton cliff from what I could see (tracks)

anyways pce and feel free to debate
 
grouse has officially been titled the lower mainlands shittiest mountain

by the georgia straight. not only that theyr park is gonna suck this

year for 10th straight year in a row. thats even longer than cypress!!

why dont we all recognize grouse mountains accomplishment and never go there again.
 
I went to both this weekend and grouse is good but the way seymour builds there park and the features they use is just on higher level then grouse, at Seymour theres like 25 different lines you can hit just in the rope tow park.

 
Hoorah the rain turned to snow last night and we are open! Currently we have moderate fog conditions and the temp is +1C.

Fuck. Yes.
 
The mushroom park is sick right now.

In the left line they got a down box into a spine with a tube on top then theres a flat down thats set up perfect for disasters and finaly the big 32 rainbow

Down the middle theres the spine and a kinda weird flat rail attached to another flat rail at a 90 degree angle at the end (i didn't hit this feature)

And on the right they got a short down rail, a flat box and a pole jam.

There is also a quaterpipe kinda thing with a bar on top at the very bottom.

The best part is that you can lap in 2 mins tops and its super easy to snake the rope tow if you want to.

Dec 11th- Lift lines were small and snow good higher up , it was snowing for most of the day. Went into the bc and the snow was even better
 
not bad today but I found it a bit sticky... then again i was around the parking lot all day... let's hope it stays bone-chillingly cold tomorrow

Is that the one with all the deal holes that look like it would be very bad if you got your ski hooked in while travelling at high speeds?

I'm a ski coach, If you see me there should be 5-6 spaz kids trailing me yelling and screaming

btw I wear a g10 helm and full black suit that says coach on the left side and I have a radio
 
nice! I'm an instructor. I wear black pants, green uniform jacket and some sort of neon hat usually, although that description is pretty much useless when trying to identify an instructor. when I'm not shredding with the kids I'm wearing a white /purple jacket and smith i/o.
today was really nice and powdery. it made me curse my centre mounted park/teaching skis.

Dec 19th- HOOOOOOOOLLLYLYYYLYYLY fuck. Sickest day so far, I was working but my kids were advance. First run of the day drop in near the top of mystery chair (when your going up look left right before the top) slashed, huge face shot and could'nt see anything buy kept bombing straight and hit a booter and landed flat on the groomed velvet gully track and exploded, minus the last part it was the sicked run of the year so far. Cleared up near the end of the day and started to get busy
 
sounds zesty! are you gonna go up tomorrow? I would be down to build a booter into pow or anything involving pow! give me a call if you are.. I think you have my number.
 
fuck i might sneak out of work to shred tom...looks like its going to be quite the day...ill come help around noon or come hit it if its done hahaha
 
building city booter today, bring shovels if you can.
