Is it true they have adjustable flex?

If so what would i want mine set at if im 5'4 120 pounds and ski 95% park but mostly rails

I'm guessing you have them. I have them at 80, I am 5'11" 155lb and I like them fine. I don't find them that soft really. Put the inserts in for each flex and see what you like. Simple as that.

I still don't understand completely... by inserts do you mean changable boot tounges...please explain in detail..

Seriously, just try the different flexes and pick the one you like.

Oh sorry, I misunderstood. They might have the flex adjustment on the inside of the cuff. Take the liner out and see if it's there. The tongues are interchangeable too.
