2002 Lines Compatible?

Are the 2002 Lines compatible with the new binding? I want to get a pair of the 'Blem' Skogens and the new binding but didnt know if it would work. And, does anyone ride the Skogens? What do you think?

 
From what I've heard, the new Line binding is made with four(4) mounting holes/screws to mount on the new skis with the inserts. Sorry if you already knew that but I guess you can mount them on the old skis just with different screws.

I saw on the Line msg board so I don't know if it is in fact correct.

does this mean with a new Line binding and 2003 Line ski that u can mount it yourself and don't have to go to a shop?

you have to go to a shop to get the binding fitted to your boot and your din done but once that is set you can alternate skis quickly-.

You don't need to get dins adjusted at a shop. Unless they are really hard to adjust or on lines new binding or something.

you cant mount them on skis without the 4 hole pattern cause the skis with the 4 holes also have a plate inside the ski so the binding dosent rip out of the ski. so for next year no, i was told that they are gonna make plates that go ontop of ur skiis so that you can mount them on anything.

yea you can do it all your self. and the are making an adapter plate so if you you have multiple pairs of skis you just ride what ever you want with one binding and theese bindings will lat you forever. line is pretty much the shit for making this.

 
the binding is heavy, and it will have flaws.

they are some of the heaviest bindings, and everything has flaws fucko, salomon's break, look's toe piece cracks......tyrolas are ummm...shitty
