1. how do pvc pipes react to being left outside all winter, do they freeze/crack or become brittle? can u use them in winter?

2. how do u attach a box topsheet plywood?

thanks

1. some times they do freeze and crack, at the ends, but barely ever

2. drill some screws through the top, but make a little pocket so the screw head is down enuogh so u dont hit it

1. odds are no. you have better odds cracking the pipes with your skis than cold

2. you can either counter sink screws. you can get a drill bit for that. or use and adhesive. vest answer would be to do both. sometimes adhesives peel, and other times just screws will warp

1. Nope, If nothing else the ice coating makes it fun to slide on boots.

2. Just drill holes and countersink then all so the screw heads are below the surface level of the topsheet, you wont notice the holes.

for metal, i make a big holeon one side, and smaller on the other, i mke it so the screw head is small enough to fit on the big hole, but then i put a washer in the inside so the screw stays put, you guys should try it
