2 Apache Helicopters Obliterate A Taliban Platoon

i would love to see you quote where i said anything even relevant to that. i said watching that video and getting excited over it is messed up and that war is fucked up. nowhere did i say we should retreat immediately and let them continue to dream up new ways to kill americans. so again, learn to read, you ignoramus.

fuck this war and fuck those guys in the helicopter. They're no better than the "terrorists" they were killing

These aren't people. These are the leaches that cut the breasts off of mothers so they cant feed their children. They put bombs on kids then have them run to the local security for help. They kill little girls who are in school simply because they are in school. They kill, mame, and distroy any chance of humanity, and they deserve to die for the sake of the human race. I've seen and experienced the terror they cause firsthand, and while I consider myself a pacifist in almost every other situation, I believe that the members of the Taliban make better fertilizer then "people."

Just my $0.02

by no means am i justifying anything they do, but they are a product of their environment. they're brainwashed from birth to hate americans and have a completely fucked sense of morality. but yes they're poor excuse for human beings.

Its not Americans that they do the most damage to, its their brothers and sisters, their communities, and their children. They live in places that live in peace when their element is removed. Thats the sad part...their struggle for power is completely selfish, and while they drastically affect their entire environment, they are the minority. They are the product of the fear caused by others like them...so I guess in that sense you're spot on.

Either way, its a sad situation. I used to get really motivated when I would watch these kind of videos. Now that I have been out of the Marine Corps for almost 4 years, I watch these, and immediately feel the need to hug my children.

Regardless of how you think your life is turning out, regardless of what country you live in, or how bad you think might have it; if you can get online to express it, be thankful. If you can READ, be thankful. If you haven't had to wonder if your parents were going to trade you for a bag of rice to feed your older siblings, be thankful. If you havent had to identify a loved one by rummaging through body parts, be thankful. Because that kind of thing happens more than once in a lifetime for people who live in places controlled by the taliban. So while posting these videos is pretty lame, I still feel a sense of comfort, pride, and joy to know that our allied men and women in uniform are eleminating them in small groups.

Okay, thats $0.04. I'm $0.02 over so I'll quit taking the internet so seriously now.

Ok, then once again I will repeat my question, since you again chose to ignore it. What do you think we should do?

Has there been a major terrorist attack on the US since we started the War on Terror?

No.

This war has used up a lot of resources and caused a lot of conflict, but what if we had not taken a stand, and another disaster like 9/11 happened?

Personally, I don't support this war and I think the US should be far less evolved in the middle east and foreign affairs. However, I feel like the criticism against this war and the military in general is unwarranted. Our military and our country have kept us safe and we should be grateful for that.

terrorism is a word that has been used for over a decade to create American support to get armed forces into the middle east. Terrorism is real, but it's not the reason we're over seas. It's been used as a means of uniting the American people to provide them with a just cause for our plunders in the middle east. Oil and opium are the reasons weather the American people realize it or not. We are the ones in their land and that's fucked by all means in my book. Terrorism, in my opinion is no longer a valid term when describing natives defending their interests and home land from non native forces.

You don't have a clue what you're talking about, do you?

I like to think I have a pretty solid understanding of what's happening. What do you think we are over there for?

...and yet, to you, our soldiers are worse than terrorists. Yes, you certainly have a nice, firm grasp on reality, don't you?

I'm never going to hold the men in the helicopter higher than those they are killing. No one is better than the other here. I don't care who you're killing but it doesn't make you a better person or give you a higher title in my opinion. I just think it's completely arbitrary that so many americans have been tricked into thinking we are in the middle east to spread demmocracy and kill "terrorists". Too many people hold these guy's high in opinion thinking they are protecting us from another 9/11 and spreading the values of democracy. No hate to our armed forces here, but our involvement overseas is complete bullshit

instead of posting something that i'm not informed enough to adequately propose a plan of action, i'll pretend you were asking a rhetorical question.

so you're saying that leaving an entire population to a blood-thirsty extremist group is less immoral than blowing up said terrorist? You're bass-ackwards, son

You are an absolute shithead, You are just a pussy who says shit like that on the internet because no one can see your face while you blatantly disrespect our troops, those soldiers are better men than you could ever hope to be, I dont give a shit that you dont agree with the politics behind the war, dont ever say american soldiers are on the same level as taliban scum

This is what war is like, contrary to what the mass media presents. People are losing their earthly and spiritual ways and instead are being manipulated by the media and government into thinking they are safe. In short, human thought, the ability to share and converse our practical and spiritual ways, and to discover and understand truth will ceaselessly vanish. We are bombarded by media’s negative but attractive images, challenging us to become ardent consumers. The aforementioned mass media is our biggest enemy. Specifically, the media torments individuals in order to alter decisions and a view, which consequently creates revenue for the marketer, in an attempt to create commonness in the world where individual-to-individual are habitually conventional and indistinguishable, much like Facebook and MySpace. All of this creates bias, mendacious realities, negative views and a popular opinion, where many refuse, ignore or do not know they are being manipulated by the media. People nowadays do not want to genuinely gain knowledge of something but would rather obtain answers immediately without any extent of thought. This ideology is further and further becoming implanted in today’s society, one reason why is because we can obtain answers immediately, and will keep doing so as technology modernizes. Likewise, many individuals watch the news to obtain answers rapidly and of short time believing it so because of a hypothetical acceptance that the liberal agenda is better than that of the conservative agenda or vice versa. See the true side of war, effectuated by whistlblowers and sites including liveleak, not by the perspective and manipulation of the mass media.

"there are none so blind as those who will not see" Get your head out of the sand for your own good. Realize and analyze what something is before you back it up with hollow and irrational claims. I'll talk to you any day of the week and you can waltz on up to Maine and meet me if you'd like.

And that is what brainwashed individuals do, torment and put a brand on individuals who feel as if no matter who kills who both are just as guilty and not one should be praised. Similar to the sniper who was killed. People were praising that he shot 160 people, stating it was a new record. You mind is diluted.

You should watch "The Invisible War" documentary or take into account that the suicide rate for armed forces is at its highest as of right now. My uncle served in the middle east and he knows exactly why we are there.

This video pisses me off very much. Putting my money in the sand half way around the world in the name of national security, and ending lives in the process... I think its a waste of our countries time and money. I found the Ron Paul ad very interesting and the reference to Rome is actually pretty dam frightening.

The only reason people dislike or have a pure hatred for Ron Paul is because the media deplores his agenda of truth. I ask many why they don't like Paul's policies and all i get is statements including, "he is whacky" or "he won't win so what's the point of voting for him". HE speaks the truth and for that reason he is ignored or scolded by the media. Who doesn't want a smaller Government.

can't believe I just watched that whole thing... so badass. And no I am not condemning the killing of people, but having that job would be interesting to say the least

nope. I'm saying that that job would be scary as fuck so it's badass that they guys that do it have the balls to risk their lives up there to fight for their country. I found it interesting to watch what can I say

I feel like if your dumb enough to preach the death of Americans then you should see this coming. These people who get raped by the apache probly rejoiced the twin towers falling so I don't have that much problem with it

he says the job looks interesting and you think he meant that means those guys are tough. Stop looking for an e-fight noob

People who don't like Ron Paul are total fucking idiots in my opinion. Anybody with half a fucking brain would realize that he is slot smarter than Obama or Romney and that he does know exactly how to fix this fucked up country
