Like actually tho why can't companies build bigger skis? Yea I know ski building molds and tooling is expensive for companies but fuck modern 198 twin tips would be mad fun. I've never skied a pair of skis and said "these are too long" and I'm not even a very big guy. Idk how you heavy 6ft+ guys do it.

sometimes I have to agree.. I weigh 70kg soaking wet, and my current shortest skis are a 185 (though they are 127mm wide). My everyday skis are a 192 or 193.

However... the longest modern skis I have been on are a pair of Fischer Ranger 108s that were 202cm long

They were absolute beef supreme carne asada and you need to be a big strong dude to bash those around on the daily.

wouldnt that make them ski “longer” without having massive length? I feel like a bunch of skis especially vishnus have super long rocker, making them ski way short for their length
