I have the Pontoons and the only bad thing about them is when you do huge drops the tails sink and you land super back seat. Just wondering what ski is a better ski for huge drops..

you do NOT want alottas for anything over maybe 15-20 feet. you need that sinkage to pad the landing. landing on something as large as the alottas will fuck your world up.

sometimes when i hit big stuff on my core mounted hellbents (and the snow isn't that fluffy/ is decently hard) the long tail sends me forward. haha i know it's kinda the opposite of what you were talking about im just letting you know it happens both ways. im sure if you have a normal, almost symmetrical, pow ski and mount it normally (aka not centre and not stupidly far back) you'd be fine. i know with the pontoons the tail is so narrow even at a core centre mount you have very little tail support
