k well i'm thinkin about getting the Atomic Bent chetler but I cant decide if i should get the 183 or 192. 192 most likely since i will be touring on these skis and using them for powder/bigger mountain lines. i'm about intermediate but i will improve and i plan on doing tricks etc off cliffs and stuff which is why i thought maybe a little shorter but i'm stuck in between

what do you guys think? all comments are appreciated and those that are helpful for me +K :)

You could probably manage 192 due to the amount of early rise, for example I'm 5.11ft and use 182s.Using longer skis takes a bit to get used to, but in the long run I find I perform better on them as I feel more stable and am able to achieve higher speeds.

how tall are you and how much do you weigh? the 192 is burly and for someone who is over 6 feet tall and 200+ lbs. if you dont fall into that category AND you are a self proclaimed intermediate skier, get the 183.

for you it doesnt matter go for the 192 which is actually 190 for charging and just cruising through deep stuff you'll need all the surface area you need. even if you were only 5'10 id still recommend the 192

Get the 192's if you're going Bent Chetlers. Ultimately I felt like they gave up on me in heavy skied up pow, but they were fun in the fresh. I wouldn't call them a burly charger as the tips and tails are still kind of floppy.

alright guess i'll go with the 192s,

for reference i'm about 205 pounds 6 foot 1

i just wanted to make sure before i got them

thanks for the replies! :)

Definately 192, I'm 5'10 and wouldn't want anything shorter than 191 when I'm in the deep. Also the 192 is 50% stiffer (correct me if wrong) so at 200lbs+ and when you're charging it will be apprieciated.

192. 183 with rocker will feel realllly short. 192 will be a nice longer landing platform, more stable at speed, just better.

192 should be prime.
