180-189cm skis with 100-115mm waist, L touring bindings

I am looking to build a touring setup for *light tours. I have a heavy park background and ride the backcountry in a "freestyle" way. I am looking for skis that are 180-189cm in length, and 100-115mm waist. Small amounts of rocker are OK but they do need some running surface for skins. Something like a 185 Nordica Patron would be sick.

Also looking for size LARGE touring bindings. (Barons, Dukes, Guardians, etc... no Dynafits because they are frankly out of my price range and may not be able to handle the freestyle type of skiing that I will do with them.

If you have skins for the skis that would be awesome too but hardly an issue.
