ok so i was in the shop and talking to the guy about the 155 volkl ledges... he says that i can go to 161.. im 5'4 115pounds. before i had limited options for skis but now that i can go to 161 i have no idea what to go for...
im all park skier... im 50% jumps 50% rails...i will also go out west this year for a ski trip and skiing with the family a little so they should be moderate in powder jst all around good ski.
what should i get any suggestions?? i was thinking still either volkl wall, ledge, or AR6
any ideas?? +k for suggestions
 
you should be fine with 161s,

i'm 5'6 and i ride 165s so their around my forehead. and in terms of what ski, ar6 or volkl walls would be fine for what you're going to be skiing. The line blend or chronic would be solid too. K2 extremes are good for everything as well.
 
AR6s and Walls are both dope skis, don't even bother looking at ledges if walls are on your radar. Also, look at Anthems they are a really fun park ski that can float around in the powder a bit too, they are a bit softer, but as long as your not hitting 50+ foot jumps all day you should be fine.
 
yea im debating between ar6 and the walls...wat u think i should get?? wat is the better of the two? they seem very even...i feel like the walls are flexier than the ar6 but tht could jst be me..
 
Go for Walls man, go for the smaller sizes I think you can get them in 161. They have Medium-Stiff flex and work great in the park and they will never let you down. I had them last season and they were a dope ski to ski on. I also took them into a bit of Pow Pow and they worked pretty well. Get Walls.
 
the walls are way stiffer - I owned both last season, the walls were much stiffer than the AR6s, but still very fun. It's a tough call on which one to get. But on the plus side - they are both Bombproof skis, so neither of them'll break down on you any time soon.
 
id say you chould go with the ar6's bc there pretty much perfect for what you want them for..the walls are prety good but ive used ar6's and i liek them ... go with them =]
 
my suggestion would be line, chronic cryptonites really solid park rail ski and slays the shit out of jumps also they are a little wider and with that stiffnes they float on powder...sort of still though will sute all youre needs perfectly oh and line is fuckin dope
