161 cm alright????

I'm gonna get the 07 invaders for my birthday (my dad kind of told me) but i just don't want them to be too small after like one season. i ride 154's right now and im 5' 7''. will 161's be long enough for more than just one season?

im gonna go ahead and say get the next size up. if your not a beginner, you could probably handle it

go way bigger, like 174/178 if your not a begginner. I'm barely 5' 4'' and 118 lbs and I ride 171 ar6s and it rides like a dream.

im the exact same just a litte bigger 5,8 130 and i can handle 180 libertys so the vaders should present no problem

yea 161 might be a little small but not really that small i think. if youre still growing then they probably would be good for one season or if you like your skis small then you can use them for longer

I have the 07 Invaders in 161 and I love them, I'm 5'9 and 143 pounds, they work awesome for me.

personal preference. don't let everyone hear convince you of getting really big skis if you aren't comfortable riding them. you would get used to them sooner or later but if you don't need them then don't get them. i personally think 161 is too small for you. but goin 180 or something like that would be way too big for you unless you plan on growing 5 or 6 inches within the year

I copped this year's foils .... and was unsure about length as well. I was previously using a pretty short ski ... 163 cm.

I went with a longer ski ... 174 cm...and am really happy about it.

The extra length was just in the tail anyways.

I'm like 5'9", and I was like 5'7" last year, and the 178's have treated me great both years.

I prefer somewhat of a shorter ski, It seems easier to rotate on them. Before the Invaders, I had 171's and I still prefer the 161's.
