I guess I am a little angry. I can't believe there is a 13" MBP out now! It starts at 1149.99 too! I bought the new 13" MacBook when it first came out and I payed 1400.00 I got basic one. Then I spent another 500 on a new camcorder because my MB didn't have a firewire port. But now there is a MBP out for 1149.99 and it has firewire ports? How does that work? It is the same price as the regular MB's.
 
thats the debbie downer of mac....

u can replace pc shit real cheap, like processor and even mobo and stuff like that for laptops nowdays...

macs have their benefits... but also their downfalls
 
I hope you know you could have just bought a USB to Firewire cord instead of getting a whole new camcorder :)
 
oh shit, i didn't realize they would be that cheap. i bought a macbook like 4 months ago for 1,000. kind of wishing i held out a couple months and got the pro, shitty
 
Apple is real good about dangling that carrot on a stick in front of the general population.

My friend had a first-gen iPhone, then he got the 3G this Christmas, now that's gonna be out dated with the 3Gs. then the 4G, then who the fuck knows.
 
I bought the unibody macbook (NOT pro) right when it came out, I'm sort of bummed, but I also got to use that computer for an entire year of school. If I had waited, I'd just be dissapointed once the next one comes out, so it all works out.

Got a 3g iphone for christmas and I want the S, but it doesn't really matter, I'm thankful I have an iphone at all.

When I buy a product that will evolve over generations I kind of pick what generations I'll buy cause I can't buy a new one whenever they come out.

i had to laugh at my neighbor cause they got the 2nd generation iphone and 2 days later the 3rd generation iphone came out. they just talked to apple and they sent them the 3rd gen but still funny.
 
I am so happy I waited, I wanted to get it like a month ago but my neighbor told me to wait 2 weeks because they were going to upgrade the macbooks soon, so now that they are out I am going to get the new one now :)

But I know in maybe 4 months the new ones are probably going to come out but too bad you can't wait for ever.
