I'm pretty sure there are many things more powerful than the will to live. Namely: cancer, bullets, the 2004 indian tsunami, the list goes on...

also, Danny Boyle is a great director. His stories suck though.

dude fuck u man. one of my best friends has cancer and has been struggling for a year now. hes gone through the hardest times but still always seems to pull through on his journey to get better. its his will to live and enjoy a long life that keeps him fighting every day. this movie looks awesome so fuck you in every way possible

bullets dont kill people, people kill people...mankind created cancer...and yeaa umm got nothing to say about tsunami..that pretty much just fucked people up

I agree to an extent. Danny Boyle is definitely one of my top 3 favorite directors. His weakest films are the ones where Alex Garland wrote the screenplay. He writes a Great first act, a good second act and a terrible third act. Take 28 Days later for example. The first act is incredible, the second act is pretty good, and the third act... well, you've all seen the movie. The Beach is another good example of shitty Alex Garland, Great Danny Boyle. Just be careful with your pronouns. It's not "His" (as in Danny Boyle) stories that suck, it's that no good dirty rotten alex garland haha.

I must agree as well. I always get the vibe that Danny Boyle gets shit scripts to work with, and makes visually amazing films out of them. I would love to see him make a film out of a GOOD script.

So whens the national release, I know NY and LA already got to see it, when do the rest of us?

looks excellent. I've heard the scene where he actually....well, I assume everyone knows, but just in case, i don't want to be the one to spoil it, when he does the deed...is quite intense.

I was very disappointed to find out that it's not playing at any theater within a 40 mile radius of me. I'm trying to find it online somewhere.

saw this last night and it was incredible. i don't really know how to describe it, but i thought it was outstanding. if you have a strong stomach, absolutely go see it

saw it friday nightit was good.. very goodalthough i was distracted during the scene where he cuts his arm off. quite timely

i found a link (hint: filestube.com)

dunno if its legit yet though and I probably won't watch it till tomorrow.

just go see it in a theater, people. it's one of those movies that's way more powerful on the big screen and a theater sound system

saw a shorter trailer looked good, but this trailer makes it seem way more powerful than the short one, really want to see this.
