1080's DELAMINATING!?!?!?

I noticed this weekend that my tip is splitting. I have the 2003's... Anyone ever seen that happen to a 1080? Its only splitting a little but it looks like if i crash some more itl be pretty well off. Maybe this is becuase this is the first year they made the 1080 without the thing to hold the tips together....

Take them back to your shop, you should still have warrenty. Yes, it happens to every company, not just Salomon.

yeah i have the 10's from this year and they delamed but i don't have another pair of skis that are well enough to ski on so i just put some duct tape on the tip so no snow gets in and i'm sendin them back at the end of the season. Anyone know how salomon is about givin new skis when they delam cause i know K2 will give you a new pair no questions asked

Yeah Salomons warrenty is pretty good suposedly...No questions asked? Go ask at your ski shop
