1000 skis

I’ve never heard of 1000 skis before, but after seeing magnus was leaving to go to them, I tried looking them up to check out their skis or see what other names ski for them. I couldn’t find their website or hardly anything about them. Does anybody know their site or what I can look up to check them out? They’ve gotta have something unique or special about them.

They are just goin off an inside joke about another ski company. Been a running joke on the site for a while now.

reality is pretty much no one knows anything and we all have the same questions as you. Lotta speculation going on around here and not much solid info coming yet besides what is on the website. 1000skis.com

I just hope they make a ski that will let me

make the mountain my playground.

I don’t know if 1000 will make something like that, but it sounds like you should check out the Sego Big Horn. The Big Horn makes the whole mountain your playground. We designed a new layup for the Big Horn with Freeride World Tour Champion Isaac Freeland that preserves its playful nature while improving its ability to hold up to the highest speeds and largest airs on the mountain. What we've developed is the perfect balance between the confidence to shred anything and the playfulness to jib to your heart's content. Available in 96, 106, and 114mm widths the Big Horn has a full poplar wood core with layers of biaxial carbon fiber wrapped in vibration dampening rubber sandwiching the core.

Their park skis max out at 178 cm and have full camber. Mag better give em some input on making a park ski.

A good thing to know is that we measure our skis after press. A lot of brands measure their skis flat (before press) so some brands would consider our 178´s as 181´s. And they´re actually made with a sidewall construction with just a slightly capped top sheet and Magnus seems to be enjoying them a whole lot so far :)
