Anyone think that the 100mm underfoot would be to much for sliding rails in the park and such?

depends on your style really, i like wider skis, i ski a 112 waist in the park and its gold for me, on the other hand my brother wont use wider than 93 for park. depends how you ski, where you ski, how good you are, etc. if you havnt tried fatter skis i would at least try them out though.

East Coast, and I rode the Walls last year which are 87mm underfoot. Im looking for something wider and really like the blends.

its called freeskiing for a reason, do whatever you want to. if you think 100 waist is good go for it. on occasion after all the pow has been snatched up i play around in the park on some 140s underfoot.

they're not going to be as quick and responsive as something narrower like the chronic or even the anthem, but they work fine. at the end of last season i had anthems for strictly park, blends for my everyday ski, and bacons for pow. so needless to say, i ended up skiing park a ton on my blends. they felt awesome on jumps and were light enough to dance around on rails and boxes. all in all, probably one of the best, if not the best, all around skis i've ever been on.

I love stiff skis, that's why I think I would like them. I just don't know how good they would be for gripping rails. I think they would be dope on jumps, and really fun to ski outside the park.
