09/10 Anthem (and SIA questions)

I think the topsheet graphic is rediculous. What were the Line designers smoking when they made it? Snowboards on a ski topsheet? I don't get it... I'm surprised because all the other skis look so legit (especially the prophets & afterbangs, I love those graphics and I'm picking up the afterbangs ASAP)
Also, does anyone know what the Chronic Cryptonite, the Mastermind, the Prophet Flite, and the K2 EXT are?
And whats the deal with the black Griffon/Jesters? New binding from Marker?
 
i actually love the anthem graphics, they're different and ironic, just imagine the look on peoples faces when you have snowboarders on your skis
 
the anthems with the snowboard graphics are actually the sickest graphics ive seen in a LONG time. definately one of my favorite graphics from the 09/10 skis ive seen. i find it really funny that its all snowboarders.
 
It's like painting a Jeep on your Range Rover. Its ironic, but people will think wtf is wrong with this guy
 
Pretty sure they were going for that for a reason. It's supposed to be ironic and original. It is quite simply that. Plus it shows how ridiculous snowboarding looked as well as skiing back in the day.
 
i think so too, but theres kind of an overlap in titles between pictures, as if the silencers are the EXTs and the girl silencers are the EXTs as well....or maybe not. whatever. im getting obsetheds.
 
I know there a 09/10 ski but I went into my local shop today and they had a pair of afterbangs for sale in 177. Well I assume they are for sale they are up there with all the other skis to buy, there too small for me I dont know if they have any more stock I just briefly looked at them and didnt ask any questions, just seems strange that they are allready for sale.
 
Did you possibly see these in Fernie BC canada?

(im trying my best not to be a claiming asshole) But i ride for line and mine shipped from line to my local ski shop and they put them in the window before i picked them up. they ARENT for sale yet. haha thats funny if they were at that shop, if not they were probly being shipped to a different athelete and the same thing happend
 
wow is it really that hard to understand that the graphic is a joke? its supposed to be funny. its sad when your sports soo damn serious that people cant appreciate an awesome funny graphic. not every graphic is supposed to be full of guns and graffiti and shit.
 
The ext is the same ski as the silencer, exactly, except the ext has sidewalls and the silencer has caps. Same dimensions, flex and core though the ext will be a little snappier because of the sidewall.

The afterbang is replacing the invader as their main park ski, and it is fully symmetrical (115-88-115).

The anthem's graphic has a bunch of gaper snowboarders on it, I think it's kind of cool. 'tis a joke, laugh a little!

the only thing they share in common with the invaders is the price point, they are more of an all mountain ski.
 
the mastermind would seem reasonable to replace the invader, even though it is not the same shape and everything. The invader was the price point ski. The mastermind will be the price point ski. hence, the mastermind proceeds the invader. just because the afterbang is symmetrical doesnt mean it is replacing the invader, the symmetry of the shape is the only thing in common, as well as its urban abilities. i actually think the mastermind and afterbang both replace the invader. no hard feelings man, just posting my opinion
 
Nah im in Jasper AB, there not on display or anything there in the rack with all the other skis for sale. Dunno il pop in their some time and ask whats the story just thought it was a bit weird and maybe it was a mid season release or something?
