Haha, this'll be the second time I've posted this today. But here we go....

Ventana El Cuervo with Fox DHX 5.0, 888 RC2XVA, Code 8" F/R, Saint cranks, MRP guide, etc, etc.

Santa Cruz Heckler with Fox DHX 5.0 (PUSHed), 36 VAN RC2, Juicy 7's, and other goodies. I've switched to a 70mm stem and 2.4 ADvantage tires since this picture, and added a stinger guide.

It's going to be a short, but hopefully sweet season!

Yeah, I've been pretty happy with Fox so far. Once you figure out what you want the suspension to do and how the adjustments work they're pretty easy to set up and adjust for varying terrain. I kind of wish they had an easier way to adjust bottom-out on the 36, but after some fiddling I've gotten it to where I want it. Beware their 15mm axle for next year, it's just another unnecessary standard that the bike industry does not need at all.

If Marzocchi would step up their QC I think they'd have a really good shot of being better than Fox (or at least appealing to more people). Alas, they have problems with far too many things right out of the factory and this will probably never happen. I've noticed some really questionable quality on my 888; some of the things about it just don't seem intuitive at all. I also still have crazy stiction even after 15 days or so of lift-accessed downhilling. I can tell that the damping is at least as good, but it would be nice to lose the stickiness and get a little more small bump compliance...but that will probably come with more riding!

Ill get pics later, but my dh bike:
