my order from freeskier, now almost two months old, 3 e-mails sent...still pending

call customer service, but be prepared to talk to a retard. I called once because I wanted to cancel an order from Freeskier.com, and the lady made me connect to about 40 different people and call back like 6 different numbers. It was then confirmed that my order was cancelled, but about 2 weeks later the hoodie came with a bill. I was pissed.
