07 lizzies or 08

so im being offered used 07 lizzies for around 350 but ive been thinking about buying this years or last years for around 550... my question is is there any difference between the 07s and the 08s/09s?

and is 350 a good price for slightly used lizzies?

i have the money for new 08s or 09s its just whether or not i need to spend it
 
Its the choice ski of Newschooler's own Jeff Schmuck and Chris O'Connell (CKO) my choice is 08 b/c of the mixed medium art and sick base graphics
