Are these the same as this years squads? They are coming in sizes this year but I wonder if it is as stiff as this/last years or if its gonna be the new bandit. Cuz I can pick them up dirt cheap mounted with Rossi Axial 14 Ti pro's.

Last/This years only comes in like a 198cm and they are 2x4's. Anyone got the skinny on the new B-squads?
 
since they are rossi's ultimate big mountain ski, then they are probably gonna be stiff. I'd get them if I had the legs and the need, those must be awesome on high speed powder turns
 
It's for the Rossi IFSA team, the squads are probably one of the stiffest big mountain sticks ever made, they are like superfat, straight, downhill boards made for charging off-piste.

I'm just curious if they are still the same skis, because you can get them in a 164? I mean seriously. The only size they used to come in was like 198cm and you needed to be a linebacker to flex them.
 
The squads come in a 191 too. I got a pair of the 198's. Theyre stiff as hell, too bad we haven't had conditions to warrant me taking them out yet.
 
I'll give you guys a little inside info on 'the old squads....

2 sidecuts, 130-100-120 on shorter sizes (164,174,184) 25m radius on those.... 130-104-117 on longer sizes (189,194) 36m radius.....

2 sheets of metal...

sweet thanks man, I didnt think the squads came in different sizes. I might have to pick a pair of these up. I can get the 07's mounted for 399$ w/ axial 140 ti pro bindings brand new. Too bad I just bought a charging ski.
 
At that price, buy another and just beat the shit out of them. It's so much easier to enjoy your day when skiing on rock isn't something you have to worry about overmuch because you know your bases can take it (rossis are tough), and if they get a gash or two... fuck it, you have another pair anyway.

I ski this year's 191cm B-Squad and it totally rips. The 2007 B-Squad's come in two different molds. The 164cm, 174cm and 184cm mold dimensions are 130-100-120

The 189cm and 194cm lengths dimensions: 130-104-117

I tested the 2007 production B-Squads a couple weeks ago and they ripped. Super stable and uber fat. Still they maybe a little stiff for some people...
