05/06 rossi scratch fs sprayer vs 04/05 public enemy

i currently have 04/05 public enemies and i was just wondering if the scratch fs sprayer has a softer flex?

from what i ahve seen out of 04/05 PE's, they seem pretty soft, but thats cuz most of them were used.

so, i would say they would be about the same, cuz the sprayer FS is pretty soft.
