03-04 pistols or seth vicious?

according to my roomie that has skied both the pistols are a better ski, but he likes skis that are a bit narrower from tip to tail. the vicious is a bit beefer than the pistols, personally i'd go for the pistols but then again i'm only a 5'1 girl

the vicious is way better on hardpack/groomers and slightly stiffer, plus like you said its beefed up so will be better on crud and pow as its fatter. What are you skiing most. I personally think the vicious is a better ski but if i had a choice i'd get the pistols. Dunno why, its just such a good all mtn ski. Sick in park,pow,chutes everywhere! But take your pick. Both very good skis.

i'd say go pistols, but thats just my personally preference.

if cash is no concern...get them both, i did. pistols are a great ski (as long as their the 03's) the only thing people say is wrong with them is that they chatter a bit at high speed, but i think those people just need to carve a little harder HAHA. cant wait for snow to try out the new sticks.
