    Popping for switch flips

    doing backflips off of shit ( like without skis on) really helped for me. If you want to slow it down, try rotating normal and then just kind of stare at the groundand bring it around. It gives you like a vertigo sensation at first but you'll get used to it. I haven't done a switch frontflip though.
