or is there not supposed to be a forward pressure screw on demo bindings?? i have no idea. Someones gotta know!

the pictures is of the backside. on these demo bindings, i can just lift up the metal tab and slide the rear forward and back. I just dont see any screw that im supposed to be turning(and making flush with the hole) anywhere.

help me out here, i dont see any screw for forward pressure. i was able to move the rear demo rail so that the boot clicks in properly. but i see NO other screw anywhere to adjust the forward pressure. PLEASE HELP!!!
