    AFTON?

    I like to free-ride at Afton. But everytime I was there, their park had huge ruts. And their big park is kinda claustraphobic crammed next to that chain-link fence on the tubing run. But you can tell they are trying to make it better.

    right you are. A while ago, didn't they said it'd be a bunnyhill, one intermediate run and a small park. Probably with little stuff for beginners. But it looks like they've killed the indoor ski hill for whatever reason.

    Indoor park would be fun, I guess...but you'd still have to land on icy jumps. So you still can't progress as fast. And no one would use it in the winter. We're not in Japan. I'd rather just go to Mt. Hood for summer riding -- and judging by the price to build an indoor park, a trip to Hood...
