boulder is sick but pretty far from DC, i'm only 20 mins from there now, but either Lib or Roundtop are legit, Jermey at Lib and Phil at Rountop know whats goin on for what they have to work with, it is pricey though find somone that can hook u up.

don't waste ur time or money drive the extra 20 mins and go to boulder

if you want park riding, liberty and roundtop for sure, don't bother with whitetail. liberty is pretty close to chambersburg though.
