yes - tickets are $19 until the 12th of December Memory Lane, Tranquility, Smart Alec and Easy Rider are open, there are hikeable features on Graduate. you need to have a valid lift ticket but don't need a park pass.

to be honest i have no idea if there are going to be features set up - i know that the guys were on the hill today but what exactly they have planned has not been communicated to me yet – I know that the park chair won't be running this weekend but they usually try and have some hike-able...

straight up rumour - there is no truth to that at all. Blue Mountain will have both a park and jumps this year.

yes - tomorrow November 28th is the day (weather and conditions permitting) but right now it looks like all systems go - whoo hoo - i've been waiting since May for this :) think snow!

there has been no change in ownership here at Blue Mountain. RCR does not to my knowlege own any part of this resort, so unless there is something that they are not telling us, i would say that what you have heard on the subject is simply a ski town rumour.

Things are still looking really good on the hill – the plan is to stay open as long as the snow holds. Should we start a pool?

i spoke to the park guys this morning there is a 4 jump line on the pro side as well as numerous rails and features... i'm sending in a short update today and am hoping that we will be able to get some good photos for a proper update next week (curse you flat light!!!)

they cut the pipe yesterday and are starting to build features this afternoon and overnight. The plan is to open Badlands tomorrow with the superpipe, a slopestyle course and the badlands chair running. park update coming soon.

from what i understand they have closed it so that they can start building badlands... i will see if i can get an update for you...

word around the mountain is that on Friday we will have some rails in the park, hike access (the Badlands chair will not be running) there was a debate on whether or not there would be a hit but my gut tells me no. They have been blowing snow like crazy - so it's coming...

i don't think that we will be seeing a park this weekend but if the weather stays good (and by good i mean cold) there will be a hike access park for next weekend (december 8) they were making snow in Badlands yesterday
