Word, it is the cause though, the roids/pro hormones etc increase mass, but all the connector muscles and tendons dont grow, so you overuse the muscles and the supports for them get ruined.

Nahhh dog, creatine is a natural product of meats, its in all living animals, including us, it increases water retention, AND MUSCLE DEVELOPMENT, but mostyl the water retention.

try one a day mens, has less than 100% of everything, and no iron. and its 8 bucks for 3 months worth
no xplode has alot of creatine. Try this other stuff i forget what its called, but ask at your weightlifting supplement store, its ALMOST EXACTLY THE SAME, minus caffeine.
Just do 2 months on, 3 months off creatine, or its bad for your heart. and itll help you bulk then cut into hard muscle...
