I can sail sunfish(weak, i know)but thats all I have usually.....about once or twice a year my friend has a 36 foot race boat....he takes me and a cpl of my buds on it, we enter races and stuff....we lose horribly, but me and my friends arent hardcore sailors, just for fun.

I use Limewire, it converts everything into itunes format, and puts an entire folder type thing into itunes, its really nice.
