hey man, as far as i know, if yourv got skis with you they come under a sporting goods allowance, meaning as long as there all packaged up correctly, you dont have to worry about weight or length for them. and then you can just sweet talk the lady at the checkin about your big bag. peace

ah, im just workin food and beverage for the Chateau, i did it all last season. its a fukn great job, i fully recomend it to any one wanting work down there. all i do is ski all day and then work in the restaurant / bar 5 nights a week. no complaints there.... they hook you up with cheap...

Ohakunes the Best ski town in the north island NZ. trust me im gonna be there 4 the entire ski season, theres 2 ski fields close (Whakapapa and Turoa...) fukd up name aye? mountain opens on june 16th, and its already been dumping down pre season, got any queations, fire them in this forum. c/u

yeah tho atleast our hunk of rock has a shitload of features,and a backcountry full of cliffs/shutes and cornices unlikes sum south island fields that are pretty much flat with the occasional rock jutting out. whakapapa fukn ownz, if you can ski there, you can ski any conditions in any terrain.
