Anyone ever try using plastic lumber for rails? The last time I was at Home Depot I saw 2" by 6" by 18' plastic lumber that looked like it would work pretty well. Might be a bit soft, which could pose a problem for catching edges I suppose. I also so 2"x6"xwhatever PVC planks used for fencing...
