You can take skis up the tram in the summer to access the backcountry, but technically your not supposed ski inbounds. There's really no one to stop you though. The old park director wanted to do a summer camp in cody bowl, but the logistical side never panned out.

i mounted mine at "simon stance", which i found out later is a little bit forward of center, but i would still do it there. It took a day or two to feeling the flow carving, but for park its great. I've even had some pretty deep pow days on them and they do fine, just have to lean back.

Why not? If you know where you're going and what you're doing a poached run isn't any different than an open one, there's usually just more pow.

There are appropriate places and times to poach, and inappropriate ones. If you don't have the experience to discern between the two, you probably should stay out of closed areas. Everybody knows poaches are the best pow stashes. Not only do you get to ski the goods that no one else is seshing...
