Get your self an Arc welder, its a lot easier to use than gas. To bend tubes or box pipe weld the back of the pipe in lines, the more welds the more bend, needs some practice to get the bends smooth. If you want to make long curves you really need a set of rollers so try your metal work forge.

Yeap, thats pretty much all we have to ski on in the UK, all year round we do have 3 indoor snow domes, soon to be 4. Dendix, permasnow, and snowflex are the main ones.

There's a UK freeride ski mag called 'Dark Summer', its a good read, 4 issues a season and the best bit its free, just have to pay for the shipping. http://www.darksummer.co.uk the next issue is out in September. They may have some back issue's if your desperate for your fix.

Do you mean grass skates/skis, they have a cat track about 2 foot long, made by 'Rollbo' (i think thats how its spelt) I bought some on ebay last year, but my balls aint big enough to ride them.
