THE SEPTEMBER SESSIONS rail comp in North Van

yeah brooke that was pretty funny seeing you fall...glad you're ok...that would've been a shitty way to get injured. glad people had fun....it was kind of a gong show at times. Did anyone see the random poof in the neckbrace? if he wasn't wearing a neckbrace i would've got physical with him...

THE SEPTEMBER SESSIONS rail comp in North Van

Actually Lauren, besides surfers and hard-core Jack Johnson fans, not many people knew that the name came from somewhere else.....plus it's catchy! Names get taken from other things all the time...and this is for charity, it's not like I'm personally making money off another name.

nik....yes helmets are mandatory. anyone who wouldn't want to wear a helmet in an offseason rail jam over concrete has probably crashed without a helmet before.

freestyla- we are capping the registration so there won't be too much waiting....plus it's a comp...you always wait around more than you actually ride. and it's for charity too, so get the ants out of your pants!

THE SEPTEMBER SESSIONS rail comp in North Van

if some of you checked out the website, many of your questions would be answered. Dont' forget that the rail is over concrete (it's a skatepark), so if you aren't too talented you might want to just watch. There will be some painful crashes no doubt.

THE SEPTEMBER SESSIONS rail comp in North Van

you almost did miss it.....we postponed it because it was supposed to rain. rail will be set up in the park, from the back corner down the stairset. Possibly somewhere else, but that's the best idea anyone has had so far so we will stick with that. if anyone wants to volunteer, send an email...
