    I think the scenario of this slide will encourage quite extensive research in how exactly this could happen even after avi bombing and ski cutting.....hopefully a more in depth understanding of avalanche control will arrise from this tragic incident.

    Pretty scary stuff, that an avalanche this size can happen in bounds even after loads of skiers have al lready been down the same area. Does anyone have any more information about the slide? last I heard there was 1 fatality and the pictures i saw were pretty intense.

    Dude be patient, i know its suuuuuuper hard I feel for yea. But the season is holding out, for me, untilll I finish school in early December. I sketched this deal with Ullr earlier in the year. Besides what we dont get in November maybe we'll actually get in January for once.

    why don't many girls go in the park?

    Skiing would be alot better if girls were in to it as much as they seem to be with snowboarding. I think it is the whole deal with snowboarding being the 'cool' thing to do. There are ever so slowly more girls getting into skiing and park use each season. 'Your greatest wealth is your health'
