Arv 96, worth remounting from center to - 2.5?

Booster strap, one screw or two
Bought boots at a local shop, brought my old boosters in for them to install. They only put one screw in to hold it, I feel like two will stop the strap from riding up - is it bitchy if I bring em back and ask them to fix it for free ?
