i dont think they are. when you downloaded them off itunes or upload from a cd i think theres a drm file embedded in them or something (data rights management) that says thats its a legit song...and not one off limewire....but i could be completely wrong

CBC is friggin amazing, well atleast cbc radio 3 is good. they support indenpendant bands a lot and it really helps the industry.
