Labrum surgery (dislocated shoulder)
Dislocated my shoulder a couple weeks ago and now finding out that I need surgery on my labrum. Just wondering if anyone has details on recovery timeline, general advice, how strong/confident they feel throwing down post-recovery, etc. Also if anyone has any experience with surfing post-op?
