Day1= 5Km Jog + 5 sets 100 metre spirnts
Day2=10Km run
Day3=Intervals.... 10X 1min. sprints with 1 min. jog in between each
Day4=Soccer + Upper body at gym
Day5= 5Km jog + 20 minutes agility ( speed ladders, cupcakes, diagonals etc.)
Day6= 10Km jog
Day7=rest
