I have got my skis remounted once so the have one pair of holes plus the ones the bindings are in now, I need to get them remounted again, I have two questions how will this affect my ski besides durability and warranty and how many times can you remount a ski before you should stop?

I am 6'0" 160 lbs and I am going to buy the 2015 bent chetler, either this year or next. I am almost 15 and am using this as my ski out west for my one or two trips a year. I don't know what size to get thought, 185cm or 192cm? And I am an expert skier if that matters.
